| We’re all really pleased to have been added to the RAR (Recommended Agency Register) for the first time. So what is RAR, it’s a listing where customers get the chance to rate our services as an agency based on a set of criteria set out by RAR. It’s a great way for us to evaluate what we’re doing right and to put a microscope on any areas we can improve upon.
